This is day number two. Yesterday I ate about 4 hotdogs with sweet relish, mustard, and onions. I ate way too many potato chips.
Then I wasn’t able to fall asleep at bedtime so, I’ve been up since yesterday. It is now 09:40, and so far this morning, I’ve eaten about a cup of grits and two eggs. I’ve had a few handfuls of pecans.
I am getting sleepy, though. So before I go and lie down, I will get on my total gym and do some more squats and a few sit-ups. It’s not a lot of exercise, but at least it’s something. I am just a little sore from yesterday’s short workout. I feel good about it, though.
