Day 2 – Trouble Getting Started

It is the second day. Yesterday I ended up eating about 4 hotdogs, with sweet relish, mustard and onions. I ate way too many potato chips.

Then I wasn’t able to fall asleep at bed time so, I’ve been up since yesterday. It is now 09:40, and so far this morning I’ve eaten about a cup of grits and two eggs. I’ve had a few handfuls of pecans.

I am getting sleepy though. So before I go and lie down I will get on my total gym and do some more squats, a few sit-ups. It’s not a lot of exercise but at least it’s something. I am just a little sore from yesterday’s short workout. I feel good about it though.
