Had a back workout today. It went without incident but now I’m all stiff, mostly from yesterday’s shoulder workout. My traps are sore from shoulder shrugs. When I woke up my shoulder joints were a little painful.
Cardio started out a little slow today but finished strong.
My neck is stiff and sore, kind of like tension, which is giving me a tension headache. So I will be taking some pain meds tonight before bed. Tomorrow is legs and I will be even more sore.
None of this is enough to make me quit.
