Out of Town

I was out of town most of the week. I could have done better eating. I gained 6 pounds. Amazing.

I started out okay, but, I would have been better off packing my own food. But who does that? I didn’t want to do it.

I’m glad to be back home though. I have surgery in about 13 hours, so, right now I’m fasting. I am a little bit nervous about it. Can’t wait to be in  recovery.

I will be eating soup for a while. The surgery involves an incision in the front to of my neck, moving my throat to one side (how ever they do that), repairing  the bulging disc, and closing things up. Hopefully this will be my last surgery for a while.

Kat and Gabe (my 2 kids) will be accompanying me.
