Today I had a bowl of raisin bran, an avocado, and an apple. I haven’t been hungry since. That was around 2:15 this afternoon. It is now 10pm. Wait, about 2 hours later, I had a chicken sandwich, not a very big one; about four ounces of chicken, less than a teaspoon of mayo.
I have never been satiated like this before. I don’t know why this happened, but I wish it could be this way daily.


I now know that the fat from the avocado was probably what kept me satiated on this day.
