I did not want to go to the gym today. I didn’t sleep last night so I was really really tired. I didn’t go yesterday. So I tried to work both shoulders and back. It was quite tiring. I didn’t do my usual 30 minute post workout elliptical training. I did walk for 30 minute before the workout.
Kat, my daughter worked out with me. She worked shoulders but not back. She is trying to build upper body strength for basket ball. She thinks I work her too hard.
