I did not want to go to the gym today. I didn’t sleep last night, so I was really, really tired. I didn’t go yesterday. So I tried to work both shoulders and back. It was pretty tiring. I didn’t do my usual 30-minute post-workout elliptical training. I did walk for 30 minutes before the workout.
Kat, my daughter worked out with me. She worked shoulders but not back. She is trying to build upper body strength for basket ball. She thinks I work her too hard.
