Getting Stronger

Had a good workout today. It was a chest workout today. I always feel weak when I first get to the gym. I don’t know what that’s about. Once I get started, though, I’m good to go.

Worked out mostly dumbbells today. It is more of a struggle with dumbbells because you have to balance and stabilize them independently. I am getting much better at it as I get stronger.  So no barbell bench press today. Today I really felt the muscles flex under the weight of the dumbbells. I was able to use more weight as well.

I finished the workout with 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, and 5 sets of crunches.
