Today I did 3 shoulder exercises. I was still drained of energy from yesterday’s leg workout. The exercises went okay. It was just hard to do.

I only did 30 minutes of cardio today. I just didn’t have the energy. All I could think about while I was in the gym was going home.

Also, my  sleep cycle is messed up, as usual. I don’t know what causes it. It seems my body wants to be asleep during the day and awake at night. It makes it hard to do anything.
