0930 – I was actually able to fall asleep last night after sleeping most of the day away yesterday. Went to bed around mid-night and fell asleep with no problem.
Got up this morning around 08:30 and had a bowl of cereal.
I’m still eating at the wrong times of the day, too much, and eating the wrong stuff. Last night before bed I had two tuna sandwiches. I guess because I hadn’t eaten all day I got hungry much later.
The total gym workout last night was pretty good. I’m pretty sore today. I think I will head down to Wal-Mart to do some walking. That’s what the old folks do instead of joining a gym.
