What?!! I don’t know how you feel about lasagna OR polenta, but I love them both, and now, Chef John has shown me something I must try – Polenta Lasagna Loaf! I would never have thought to put these two things together. I don’t know if Chef John created this or someone else did, but it’s genius! I have not tried this yet, but it will be very soon.
I am a big fan of Chef John’s, if you don’t know. I have used many of his recipes and cooking methods and have learned a lot by watching his Youtube channel, and I think I have learned nearly as much from him as I did in culinary school.
If anyone has done this already, let me hear from you in the comments section. I can’t wait to make it.
