I started almost 12 weeks ago in the gym. I weighed 260 lbs., and now I am down to 244 for a total loss of 16. For weeks I was fluxuating between 253 and 249. I didn’t think I would ever break through. It may not last long. I may be back up to 250 in 2 days, the way my weight has been fluxuating.
Anyway, I had a really good leg workout today. I tried lesser weight and higher reps and double the usual amount of sets I normally do. Well, on the leg press anyway. I thought I was not going to make it through the full workout. And the 45 minutes of cardio afterward seemed to last forever. I am pretty sure I’m gonna be quite sore tomorrow.
That’s all I got. I was just excited about the 16 pounds.
