Headache Pain

All day today I have had a severe headache, a migraine. My blood pressure has been high. I don’t know what is causing it. There is some pain from my surgery, but, I don’t know if it would account for what I’m feeling in my head.

I have medication for the blood pressure. If it is still a problem in the morning I will have to see my doctor. It has been a long time since I have experienced a headache I couldn’t get rid of in a short amount of time.

I’m thinking I need to do better on my diet; cleaner fats, less sodium, and more fiber. I have technically stayed within the parameters of the keto-diet, but it could be better. My blood pressure has never spiked like this before. I am a bit concerned.
