4 More Pounds!!!

142KLI did not sleep last night. I never fell asleep once. So when morning rolled around my eyes were burning and my body was feeling weak and weird. I nearly skipped going to the gym. I thought I might rest; maybe take a nap and just double up one my work in the gym tomorrow.

I went to lie down this afternoon around one. I woke up at around 3:45. I laid there thinking about my plan to go tomorrow and double up by doing today’s and tomorrow’s schedule. I didn’t like the thought. So I crawled out of bed and drug my ass down there.

It is Thursday, so it was time for a weigh in. To my surprise, (because weight has been coming off slooowwwly) to have lost 4 more pounds this week. It is usually 1 – 2 pounds a week.

Anyway, I’m glad I dragged myself out of bed, as tired as I was. I had a good workout (arms) and had plenty of juice left for 30 minutes of good cardio.
