Today completed my 4th week of faithfully going to the gym. I have been doing well. I haven’t hurt myself. I have been working pretty hard. I have lost 7 pounds so far. Perhaps I will have lost 14 pounds at the end of the second month. I don’t know if that’s possible.

The weight may not come off so fast during the second month. Then again, it wasn’t so fast. I was expecting 1-2 pounds per week. So I guess another 5 pounds next month is not unreasonable. At that rate I should reach my goal weight by June of next year. Wouldn’tTHAT be great. I could strut my stuff around the beach.
