Shoulders today. It was difficult because I’m having joint pains. In fact I just took two pain pills to take the edge off. I was glad when it was over. I haven’t made any lifting mistakes. Not understanding why they hurt. They have hurt in the past, and doctors have said they were fine, after x-rays.
I lost another half pound. I’m weighing in at 250, for a 10 pound loss. As long as I don’t injure myself things will progress nicely I think. I am eating right 90% of the time.
Did 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine. The only problem there is numbness of my feet around the 30 minute mark. But I always feel rested when its over.
I believe things are going well. I look forward to making my goal weight.
