A Great Leg Workout

I was wrong about my arms yesterday. I got em good. They are pretty sore. Today I pressed my heaviest weight ever on the leg press – 300 pounds. Got in plenty of sets of leg press, leg curls, toe raises, back extensions, crunches, hip abductions, adductions,  and my 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine. I was done when it was all over.

I weighed in before I began. I lost another 4 pounds this week. So I’m down 11 pounds. Only 84 pounds to go. Seems daunting but I just focus one day at a time.

I am still recording everything I eat, and  the diet is still looking good.

I will get some well deserved rest this weekend.
